AMF is an organization who believe that strategic cooperations and collaborations is extremely important to ensure sustainability of our organization and our partners and peers

AMF develops strategic cooperation and develop some strategic initiatives with all strategic partners in accordance with the vision, missions and values that are trusted by the organization. Therefore, AMF builds partnerships with government agencies, large private companies, state-owned enterprises, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Universities, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), donor agencies, and other parties.

• Anwar Muhammad Foundation was initiated for the first time in early 2011 by three Indonesian who have solid passion and professional experience in sustainable development practice in Indonesia.
• The legal entity of AMF was registered in the public Notary Dewi Kusumawati, SH in 2012.

Our Current Strategy

• Focus to enhance one Pillar on access to knowledge, where:
• AMF provide services to private sectors to understand and comply with International Sustainability Standards, such as IFC PS, EP and others;
• AMF to support the development of IAP2 Indonesia Affiliate
• Also, enhance access to (micro) finance pillar, where:
• AMF to enhance cooperation with current strategic partner, BMT PAM; and
• Replicate the model other regions.

Experiences Within 2 Years

• Weda Bay Nickel (WBN) – USD 5,5 Billion international nickel mine project located in North Maluku Province that comply to EP-2 and IFC PS 2006:
• Livelihood survey for land claimants (2014);
• Develop Livelihood Restoration Plan for land claimants;
• Evaluation of CSR program related to project affected people;

• Asia Green Capital (AGC) – USD 150 Million wind-farm project located in Jeneponto Regency, where IFC as their leading loan syndication:

1. Undertake stakeholder assessment and produce stakeholder engagement plan (SEP) report
2. Undertake socio-economic survey and produce socio-economic baseline report
3. Produce Resettlement Planning Framework

The micro finance institution:

• BMT PAM— Baitul Mall Wattamwil-Prosumen Amanah Mandiri) in Yogyakarta through financial support, capacity building, (2013).
